BOOT CAMP SESSIONS
Welcome to a new era in health, Outdoor Wellness Boot Camps – a fun and motivating exercise-driven class series. At Rialto Wellness Boot Camps, you will be part of a small group, never more than 10 -20 people, each committed to making a remarkable change for themselves. Our boot camp sessions run for 4 and 5 weeks with a week off between each session. Normally we will offer a FREE bonus workout during our off week in which you can bring family and friends.
We offer 2, 3, & 4 day a week boot camp sessions as well as Saturday morning boot camps.
There are many different times to choose from. We offer early morning sessions to late evening sessions. If you don't see a time that works with your schedule please contact us, we may have a small group that you could join, or you can get some of your friends and have your own boot camp time.
Most of our sessions are 1 hour in length. When signing up for boot camp, you will sign up for the session that is most convenient for you and that is the one you will attend for 4 or 5 weeks.
Over the course of the Camp you will work together, supporting and motivating each other, while the Rialto Wellness Team of instructors encourage you and help push each other beyond what was previously thought possible – sweating your way to a new unique bond of friendships.
After completing one of our Camps, you will be motivated, inspired and in better shape than you have ever been before!

"Boot camp has been such a great experience for me thus far. I was faced with a challenge that I wasn't quite sure I would meet and I met it! I stuck with the nutrition program which has set me with a lifestyle change that has made me feel good about myself.
I entered the program wanting to learn more about how to have a complete workout routine and feel as though I have learned exercises I can do at home as well...these routines help me to work out my entire body rather than only the distance running with short sprint I was doing before.
I have not lost weight, but believe I have gained muscle. I did lose inches though! I had to get a bridesmaid dress fitted twice! Exciting! ( I have to say that wasn't my initial goal either.)
Overall, I feel healthier and better about myself and feel as though I have more energy. I am a teacher and by the end of the school day I was exhausted! Now, I am ready to go home and workout and have a full evening.
