REFUND POLICY

Before you commit to a program, please consider your employment schedule, finances, and other commitments. Feel free to call us with any questions or concerns before registering, as this refund policy will be strictly enforced.

New Customer Refund Policy

There is no risk for those who have never taken a boot camp session at Rialto Wellness. If after attending your first day of camp (you must attend day one of the camp), you do not wish to continue with the program for any reason, notify us in writing within 24hrs via email or mail to:

General Refund Policy

100% of the camp price, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded if cancellation notice is given BEFORE 5pm one week prior to the first day of camp (e.g. cancel by 5pm Monday for a camp that starts the following Monday.)

50% of the camp price will be refunded if cancellation notice is given less than seven days prior, but before camp has begun.

No Refunds after the camp has begun. 

We can only give you a credit towards another Rialto Wellness Boot Camp.

This credit is non-transferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
