A Typical Day at Boot Camp

At Rialto Wellness Boot Camps, there really is no such a thing as a typical day.  Each day is different; you don’t have to worry about being bored.  No two workouts are alike and it is done outside in the fresh air.  You won't get sick of the routine because there is no routine.  You'll meet new people and end up having coffee with them after the workout. 

But here is a general idea of a day.  We will rendezvous to our designated meeting point (typically at or near a park or field).  We will warm you up, stretch you out, work you out in a fun and varied way, then cool you down and stretch you out again.

We may find ourselves doing any of the following:

  • Jumping
  • Bounding
  • Stair climbing
  • Running
  • Crunching
  • Pulling [pull ups]
  • Pushing [push ups]
  • Dipping
  • Lunging
  • Playing fun games that will test your strength & cardiorespiratory ability
  • Squatting
  • Competing in relay races
  • Attempting obstacle/challenge courses
  • Jump roping
  • Climbing

Each day is like a fitness mystery tour as you never know what we are going to do next.

Our  workouts will be a blend of:
  • core strength
  • cardiovascular conditioning to increase the heart-rate
  • improving muscle tone & definition (shedding ‘love handles’, shaping the butt)
  • muscular strength, endurance and explosive power (both lower & upper body)
  • balance and stability

In short, we are striving towards a total body functional fitness and conditioning program. The type of conditioning that will have you looking and feeling healthy and give you confidence in any endeavor or sport.  At the least, you will get a great workout; at the most you may find a new way of life.  Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.

To get started just REGISTER and fill out a waiver.  Show up at class early and bring a bottle of water you can carry.
